Shipping & Returns
Processing & Delivery Time: All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Delivery can take up to two weeks however, dates may vary depending on geographical location.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays will be processed on the following business day.
International Shipping: We only ship within the Continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), and of course we ship to Joyce’s beautiful Puerto Rico. We do not ship to Canada. If you are outside of the U.S. but would really like to try our products, you can pre-pay the shipping and send us a slip. We are happy if you are happy!
Tracking an Order: You will be notified via email for tracking info, once your product has been shipped.
Method of Transport: Orders within the Continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will be sent via FedEx, ground or USPS. Shipping times may vary.
Free Shipping Promotion
While the 'Free Shipping' promotions are happening, absolutely all orders will have free shipping and handling. If for some reason you want to return the product(s), shipping and handling fees will be charged.
Our goal is to provide you with products that meet and/or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept returns within 2 weeks of purchase. The product and any free gifts received with purchase of the product must be returned to us in the original packaging. Please see detailed return instructions below.
Please note: we are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. We will only reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not returned in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Charges: Please note that you will be charged for the shipping & handling and/or sales taxes paid for return shipping and handling.
- Return US Shipping & Handling: $9.99
- Return Puerto Rico Shipping & Handling: $11.99
Note that the above shipping and handling fees will only be charged should you wish to return the product/s.
Incorrect Product: In the event that we mistakenly send you the incorrect product we will, in addition to the purchase price, refund your original shipping & handling costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the shipping costs to return the product.
Exchanges: We do not exchange any products at this time.
Return Form: All returns must have a completed Return Form filled out. Returns will be processed as quickly as possible. Once we have received the product and processed your return, we will notify you via e-mail. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your account. External Vendors: We do not handle any outside orders such as Evine, or any other vendor. You must contact them directly. If you purchased your item at a retailer or other online vendor, please understand that each store has its own return policy. Returns or exchanges for purchases made at retail locations may not be returned or exchanged through www.joycegiraud.com.
Return Instructions: To ensure a timely refund to your account, please contact us immediately upon declining of the product, please follow the instructions below.
- Fill out the Return Form.
- Please include your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, order number and, though not mandatory, a reason for the return so we can help you in the future (e.g. merchandise arrived damaged, with Miracle Elixir Shampoo bottle broken.)
- Once your return email has been received, we will then review and contact you shortly thereafter.
